Szilvia Jakabhazy-Spadaccini

Szilvia joined Kugler Wechsler as a student-at-law in the summers of 2025 and 2026 and will return to the firm to complete her articling in 2027.

During her studies at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, she volunteered as a caseworker at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and worked as a clerk at the Superior Court of Quebec.

She previously completed a bachelor’s degree in criminology, with a minor in psychology, at the University of Ottawa, graduating first in her program.

Szilvia won the top prize at the Winkler Class Actions Moot and was granted the Alex Woo Prestige Entrance Scholarship by McGill University.
