Kugler Wechsler obtained the Superior Court of Québec’s approval of a $17 million settlement in favour of the victims of Earl Jones in a class action against the Royal Bank of Canada.
The class action allowed class members to recover substantial compensation from the Royal Bank of Canada, the bank which Earl Jones used to perpetrate a Ponzi scheme for many years.
