Currency Conversion Fees Class Action — Acting in an authorized class action against six online brokerage firms for failing to disclose such fees.

Group Defamation Class Action — Successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada in a class action by Montréal taxi drivers against a radio host and station.
